  • Completion of contact forms: “Become a Bionder” and/or “Contact Us” – to enable us to contact you, we will collect your full name, phone number, email, state, and messages you send when filling out the forms, provided they do not contain sensitive data, which will be disregarded and deleted if not compatible with the purpose of the form(s).
  • Sign up for our newsletter – to keep you informed about Biond's latest news, we need your email address.

  • Retention period: For up to 12 (twelve) months after the holder “unsubscribes” from the newsletter list.


As the data subject, if you no longer wish to receive information and content by email, you have the right to "revoke consent" or "object to processing" by simply clicking on the opt-out link that will be available in each email sent to you.


4 – RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS

  • File a petition regarding your data against the controller before the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD);

  • Review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data that affect your interests, including decisions intended to define your personal, professional, consumer and credit profile or aspects of your personality.
