All material published on the Biond website is for institutional information purposes and to promote its services. Biond aims to offer a methodology that consists of accompanying our clients throughout their entire journey, where each step is important, from business planning to the execution of recommendations. Our consulting services are personalized and independent. We are not affiliated with any particular service or product, but are committed to researching and suggesting the best opportunities and strategies for your business development.

• Engaging in acts that harm any Biond website, application, and equipment, as well as those of other users and third parties, including through viruses, Trojans, malware, worms, bots, backdoors, spyware, rootkits, ransomware, or any other means for this purpose.

3.1.2 - Responsibilities

As a user of the Biond website, you are responsible for:

• For all your actions or omissions performed on our website;
• Based on the content you submitted and/or transmitted on the Sites and Applications; and
• For repairing any damages caused to Biond, third parties, or other Users, resulting from their access to and use of our Site.

Therefore, we are not responsible for the items mentioned above, nor for any unavailability or technical failures of the Site's system.

Biond is not responsible for the misuse or loss of personal data to which it does not have access or control. Biond disclaims responsibility for the illegal and unauthorized use of this information as a consequence of misuse or diversion of your access credentials, negligent or malicious conduct resulting from acts or omissions on your part or by someone authorized on your behalf.

6 – EFFECTIVENESS, REVOCATION AND REVIEW CYCLE

This Terms of Use agreement becomes effective on January 13, 2023 (“Implementation Date”), upon its approval by Biond's board of directors (“Executive Committee”), which takes place on the same date.

The actions and results of this Terms of Use shall be continuously monitored by Biond's DPO and Privacy Committee, which will have the role of proposing, for evaluation and approval by the Executive Committee, adjustments, revisions, improvements and corrections to it (i) whenever there is a legislative change applicable to Biond that affects its provisions; (ii) whenever Biond has an interest in the proposed change; and (iii) annually, starting from the Implementation Date.
